Kickoff Meeting in Volos

The Kick off meeting will be a moment to establish, confirm and share project management and implementation guidelines at the start of the project. At this meeting the division of responsibilities and tasks to be performed by each partner will be clarified.
During the first meeting of the project a “Quality Team” will be appointed for coordinating the quality standards to be followed in the project.
