1. CAREER MANAGEMENT SKILLS: A REPORT ON THE TUTORING SYSTEM FROM STUDENTS’ AND TUTORS’ PERSPECTIVES
This output represents the rationale and the starting point for the development of an innovative e-tutoring system. Data from more than 200 questionnaires and focus groups were gathered to help us map both students’ and tutors’ points of view on tutoring services, needs and potentials for ICT tools. A special focus was given to the investigation of Career Management Skills.

2. E-TUTORING IN EUROPE : COLLECTION OF TUTORING GOOD PRACTICES AND TECHNOLOGICAL RESOURCES
This output consists of a collection of good practices, Open Educational Resources, technological tools and other relevant materials for the development of the App and the training of tutors. These materials will support and guide the partners in the creation of a new training programme for tutors.
3. DESIGN E-TUTORING SERVICES: A METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK
This output consists in the development of methodological framework which will constitute the basis for the technical implementation of the App. This will include main theories on tutorship, on learning models and on lifelong career guidance together with a first model of the App.
4. E-TUTORING APP
This output will result in the creation of an App in 6 languages to help students succeed during their academic journey.
5. BECOMING E-TUTOR: E-LEARNING PLATFORM FOR ONLINE TUTORS.
This output will consist of a platform (a web and a mobile version) which will provide training courses and material for academic tutors. This will especially offer training for the use of the E-tutoring App.
